AIWPN Co-Hosts Pack the Pantry Events with Tribes!

We have EXCITING news! AIWPN has the honor of working with the Coharie Tribe, and Waccamaw Siouan Tribe to establish food pantries in their communities.  Our tribal communities have been devastated by COVID-19 and many are still recovering from previous natural disasters. We are doing our part by empowering our tribal nations to combat nutritional disparities in their communities.
Come join in the Pack the Pantry festivities with AIWPN and our Waccamaw Siouan family on October 3rd, and our Coharie family October 10th from 10:00 - 3:00!
We can still use your help! AIWPN is co-hosting COVID-19 friendly Pack the Pantry events with each tribe. We welcome everyone to come and drop off non-perishable food items to fill up these food pantries that will service these tribal communities. Just place your donations in your trunk or back seat.
We will be joined by our very own Miss Indian North Carolina, Kaitlyn Deal! Donations of five or more cans of food will be entered in for a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card.
